The ACC (Architecture Control Committee) is responsible for approving all home improvement projects within the Liberty Ridge community.  Our committee works with homeowners to create a personalized yet conforming design for their yards or house exterior projects.  This helps to maintain property values as well as a harmonious look to the community.  We have an active committee that meets once a month to review change requests submitted by homeowners for approval.  ACC approval request forms can be found hereInterested in joining?
 

 
The Landscape Committee is responsible for maintaining the common area elements of our community (parks, playgrounds, sports courts, ponds and the like) by making recommendations to the board regarding maintenance plans, vendor selections, irrigation system, changes and more.  We have an active committee that meets once a month to discuss all things related to the common area maintenance.  Interested in joining?

The Social Committee has the fun job of planning and coordinating Liberty Ridge's annual community events. Whether it is the annual community picnic, garage sale or neighborhood night-out, the social committee works in collaboration with the Board to provide events with the purpose of bringing our community together and the opportunity to meet our neighbors. The Communications Committee is responsible for assisting with the Liberty Ridge newsletter, in addition to PR and social media messaging and moderating. This is a great opportunity if you have a background in newsletter editing, social media content, or general communications/marketing experience. If you are interested in joining please email hoa@rentonlibertyridge.com
