Pet Waste not being picked up is becoming a problem.

As you have noticed that there are quite a few
marker flags in the common areas of our community. Each one is a spot where dog waste has been left and not cleaned up by irresponsible pet owners. This is posing a health risk as well as increasing community costs to clean these areas before they are mowed and landscpaed.

Please, be a responsible pet owner and pickup after your pet. There are pet waste stations located throughout the community to provide bags as well as a garbage can to toss the waste into.
Here is a letter that was sent from the HOA property manager to various homes that live close to these affected common areas, but should be read by all. This is all of our's community, please respect the community rules and pickup after your pets. Thank you.
