There were only 30 or so homes represented at the Liberty Ridge HOA Annual General Meeting held March 30th.  This was well short of the 195 necessary to form a quorum.

 

The meeting will be rescheduled on a future date and notices will be sent out.  The requirement to establish a quorum at the next meeting will be to have at least 50% of the number of homes represented that were at the first meeting (so 15 or more).

 

Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop on what is going on with the HOA.
