You may of noticed landscaping changes around Liberty Ridge over the past few months. 

 

April saw the departure of our longtime landscaper Jamey Warden. His maintenance of the grounds and his love of our community over the years truly brought a high level of excellence to our landscaping. He will be missed and we wish him health and happiness on his retirement in Arizona.

 

With Jamey's retirement, Liberty Ridge partnered with a new landscaping service Valley Property Services (VPS). Their trucks and team of staff can be seen around Liberty Ridge most weekdays, they are taking over where Jamey left off. Please make our new landscape team welcome and should you have any questions, issues or concerns please contact info@rentonlibertyridge.com 

 

As part of the new landscaping services the land to the west of Edmonds Ave SE (from the main entrance to where phase one starts) will no longer be maintained by Liberty Ridge. This is NOT Liberty Ridge property and is now maintained by it's owner. The owner of this property has decided to maintain, which includes their choice to remove the landscaping to the west side of the Liberty Ridge entrance (Edmonds Ave SE and NE 3rd St). Again, this is NOT Liberty Ridge property and is not maintained by us.
